To depart with your car, just arrive at the Piombino port gate with your ticket. If instead you would like to park nearby and board without your car, various car parks near the boarding zone are available.
The Piombino Marittima train station is located in front of the ferry boarding area and is connected to the FS train network. In addition, there is a bus service that runs directly from Campiglia to the Piombino Marittima bus station.

Passengers without a vehicle must be present at check-in at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, while passengers with a vehicle must be there at least 30 minutes in advance, unless the relevant authorities issue other instructions. If a passenger arrives after these deadlines, boarding cannot be guaranteed.
