The hotel was established in the early ’50s with the arrival of the first “vacationers” under the name Villa Serena.

As the years passed and after being taken over by an old Venetian family, the hotel changed its name to Lo Scirocco and was transformed into a small Luxury Hotel with exceptionally high standards for that era, directly managed by the property of that time until the late ’70s.
