An option that works

By purchasing your ticket with the “leave earlier leave later” service, allowing you to bring forward your departure time if you arrive earlier at the boarding area or delay it in case an unforeseen event prevents you from arriving on time.

HOW TO USE IT

STRESS-FREE TRAVELLING

If you arrive early and wish to move your departure forward, or if you arrive late and need to move your departure back, you have two options:
AT THE TICKET OFFICE

Subject to seat availability, our operators will issue a new ticket for you with a possible price adjustment. This way, your place is assured! This option is also available by calling Pay by Link and sending and confirming payment.
BOARDING

Our staff will put you on a waiting list and, if there are still seats available after all booked passengers have boarded, you will be able to board without any price adjustment. The possibility of bringing forward or delaying your departure time is only valid for the same day as your booking.

SOME QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT HELP YOU MAKE YOUR DECISION

The “leave earlier leave later” service is a travel option that allows you to advance or postpone the departure time of your ferry if you arrive early or late.

You can take advantage of the “leave earlier leave later” service in two ways:

1) At the ticket office: if you arrive early and wish to leave earlier, or if you arrive late and wish to leave later, you can go to the ticket office and ask for a new ticket, which may include a price adjustment.

2) Upon embarkation: if you arrive early and wish to leave earlier, or if you arrive late and wish to leave later, you can go to the embarkation dock and ask to be placed on the waiting list. If there are still seats available after all booked passengers have boarded, you will be able to board with no price adjustment.

The “leave earlier leave later” service is only valid for the same day as your booking.
