In a year when fuel costs reached dizzying heights, we are proud to have kept our fares low, demonstrating our commitment to making travel accessible for everyone. And we have worked hard to ensure punctual departures because we know how important it is to reach your destination without delays.

2023 saw a significant leap forward in Blu Navy’s communication. We developed an effective chat and ticketing system and strengthened our presence on social media. We were the first to offer the possibility to purchase tickets directly through social media or via WhatsApp for the Island of Elba.

2023 marked the launch of the new Blu Navy website. More interactive and filled with information for the user. We intensified our collaboration with Elba’s hotels to offer an even more complete travel experience. Our communication campaign excelled in showcasing the wonders of the Island of Elba, creating an even stronger connection between our company and the region. 

We have a mission: we want to be the company of Elba. And there’s only one way to do that: your trust. That’s why we believe in transparency and in building authentic relationships with our passengers and the local community. We have chosen to “show our faces” by featuring the faces and stories of our dedicated team. 

As we prepare to welcome the new year, at Blu Navy, we are committed to making your journey even more special. 

In 2024, we aim to enhance our onboard hospitality to provide you with an even warmer and more personal experience. With the goal of highlighting the Island of Elba, we aspire to become the reference company for passenger transport, making every journey a memorable moment. We are working to make ticket purchasing even simpler and faster, optimizing every aspect of your trip from the very first click.

For residents of Piombino and Elba, we have a special program in store that we will reveal throughout the year, designed to meet your needs. And, always with a keen eye on the environment, we will continue to improve our practices for a more sustainable impact.

Thanks to our dedication, this year we have transported 801,547 passengers between Piombino and Portoferraio, a number that speaks for itself about the trust you place in us at Blu Navy.
